Sometimes I am a luxury thought leader – An expert consultant with over 20 years experience in jewellery, watches, ultra-luxury & VHNWI’s. I have helped brands like Cartier & Bvlgari generate hundreds of millions, changed mindsets & created the extra-ordinary.
Sometimes I am a thinking partner – with my unique mix of business & human expertise I accompany CEO’s & executives build their legacy as well as navigate their professional & personal challenges. Together, we unlock new levels of being, helping them to see, think, do & be differently enhancing performance, results & fulfilment.
More often I am a thought disruptor – a transformation leader who challenge the status quo, who excels in breaking down the walls in minds, the silos in companies in order to ride the waves of change, create new paths & opportunities.

I am a mutli-cultural citizen of the world, Mauritian & French, educated in the UK. I am tri-lingual English, French and Italian, who has lived and worked in Asia, Africa, Europe & the Americas. Ex-Managing Director in the world of luxury and now founder & CEO of my own company. I have:

Worked for amazing luxury companies, Richemont, Cartier, Bvlgari. Together with great teams we achieved impossible dreams & generated tens .. hundreds of millions for the brands we loved.
Served refugees working for the United Nations High Commission for Refugees in Geneva, Myanmar & Cuba.
Worked across diverse sectors – ultra-luxury, luxury, aviation, humanitarian, financial, coaching & consulting services.
Transformational leadership experience across a broach range of functions : coaching, consulting, marketing, sales, change management, risk management, HR, finance & auditing.
I also overcame the flipside of organisations and navigated the minefields of individualism, ego’s silo’s and the occasional toxic leader.

Dark Side of Success – I had it all but I felt empty inside. I chased conventional success, living a glamorous yet conventional life, devoid of meaning & purpose.
I was the Queen of Masks – In order to fit in I became a social chameleon, I embodied what others, my job or success dictated of me. My professional identity became my personal identity. I lost myself until I decided to find myself and to be myself.
I am a recovering perfectionist – I worked day & night, encroaching on my time, no sacrifice too big to over-deliver the perfectionism that I believed was necessary to succeed but which nobody really asked for.
I buried my heart & my emotions – to avoid pain, be strong, climb the corporate ladder where emotions = weakness. Until a wake-up call reminded me that when you live with half a heart, you live half a life and I re-embraced the power of emotions & vulnerability.

I moved from a life of being unconsciously-conscious to being aware, present & consciously-conscious in the moment.
